The whole ethos of Produits Fermier de La Vergne is to provide customers with traditionally prepared cuts of meat and meat products from our farm reared Cul Noir Pigs, second to none in taste and quality. All our produce has full trace ability, which means that we grow and produce our own animal feeds, and breed and rear our own livestock.
The Cul Noir Pigs are lovingly cared for by Alex, so that we can offer a large range of Pork and its products. Delicious Pates made to old French family traditional recipes. In addition we produce our very special sausages that are handmade on the farm using only the finest ingredients.

Our hand made sausages are made to an old family traditional recipe with 80% fresh quality meat and we only use the finest quality herbs and spices with natural skins, cured nearby at Agris.
Sausages made at La Vergne are hand-trimmed and inspected. We only use the sweetest most flavourful part of the pig.
Hand trimmed means that every single piece of meat is boned out and personally inspected, before it is considered for one of our finest sausages.
By traditional hand linking the sausages it allows us to inspect every single sausage as we make it. We only make in small batches so that we can keep an eye on each sausage to ensure that it is of a consisitanly high quality.
